London In The Sky

A pop-up restaurant suspended 25 metres above the ground is coming to Tower Bridge in September, hoping to compete with the likes of The Shard and the Walkie Talkie in the scenic views game.

London in the Sky moves from the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf to the iconic vistas around Tower Bridge this September. Suspended 25 metres from the ground the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and Champagne Taittinger flights for guests looking to enjoy the best food and drink London has to offer, in an exhilarating environment.

The table seats 22 guests, with food prepared and served in front of diners by some of London's finest chefs in the centre of the table up in the sky. Guests are securely fastened in before the platform is raised from the ground and their gourmet experience begins.

The full line-up is now announced and food will come from the likes of Dan Doherty of Duck & Waffle, Robert Ortiz of Lima, Mark Sargeant of Morden & Lea, Mike Reid of M Restaurants and Tom Aikens of Tom's Kitchen. Breakfasts will cost £50, lunches £125, dinners £200 and the Champagne flights £75 and can be booked on London in the Sky’s website.
