Trist? n, Puerto Portals 
Pay a visit to the stylish and chic Puerto Portals and you’ll find some of the finest restaurants on the island including Michelin starred, Trist? n. Expect an evening of gastronomic innovation and creativity at this exceptional favourite for foodies. Winning its first Michelin Star in 1988, Tristan specialises in a wide range of high quality fresh, seasonal fish and seafood. The wine list also makes for enticing reading, with plenty of wines from around the globe with famous names at every turn of the page.

La Boveda, Palma
Nestled away on a small side-street not far from the Cathedral, La Boveda has long reigned as a perennial favourite with locals and visitors alike – and it's easy to see why. La Boveda combines a busy tapas bar at the front of the restaurant with a slightly more formal dining area behind. Perch at the bar for delicious grazing plates of local cheeses and hams or reserve a table for delicious slabs of veal and pork and simply grilled, locally caught fish.  If you want a truly lively and temperamental dining experience, then this is the place to go.

Es Faro, Adrian
Es Faro enjoys one of the most enviable restaurant locations on the whole of Mallorca, next to the Soller Lighthouse and set high above the Port of Soller, Enjoy breathtaking views over the mountains to the sea and beyond. The menu changes monthly and boasts impressive local, seasonal produce. Expect dishes like red mullet stuffed with prawns and sun dried tomatoes, coated in an olive crust and wrapped in Jabugo jam and locally caught sole poached in cava.

Flanigan, Portals
Since 1987 Miguel Arias and his team offer a culinary treat of exclusive Mediterranean cuisine with international touches. Rumour has it that Flanigan is King Juan Carlos’ favourite restaurant on the island. With a recommendation like that, how can one possibly resist paying a visit! Flanigan can always been counted on to offer unbelievably fresh and perfectly prepared seafood dishes, all whilst enjoying a fun, relaxed and enjoyable ambience.

Nikki Beach Restaurant, Calvia Beach
Nikki Beach’s restaurant is set within the Nikki Beach Club and provides an unforgettable dining experience for both lunch by the beach and dinner under the stars. The fine dining menu has dishes inspired by Nikki Beach’s locations from around the world, which locally caught seafood, sushi served on dragon boat platters and seasonal salads with an international twist.
