Sintillate City Review: Dublin

Apr 2nd 2014 | travel

One of the greatest cities Europe has to offer. Dublin has all the history and culture you would expect to find in a European city as well as offering visitors a vibrant social scene with an electric nightlife and uber cool shopping.

The best way to see the city is buying a ticket for the open top bus tour. As cheesy as it sounds, it shows you all the major tourist attractions such as Dublin Castle and the Temple Bar region allowing you to explore at your leisure.

Of course, no trip to Dublin is complete without a pint of Guinness. Take a trip to the Guinness Storehouse, which features an interactive tour including the opportunity to pour your own perfect pint. Once suitably lubricated head to the Temple Bar district where you will find numerous bars and clubs with locals inviting you to join in the ‘craic’.

Looking for somewhere great to eat? Be sure to visit Hogs and Heifers, a rustically refined steakhouse in Swords, situated just a few minutes walk from our Friday night residency venue, Baroque. The vibe is edgy and cool with live rock music with incredible steaks on offer, the perfect hangout to kick-start your night with SINTILLATE.

Dublin offers visitors a great night out and there are plenty of nightclubs to visit. Perhaps the most famous of which is The Wright Venue. You will find Baroque a trendy VIP nightclub situated on the top floor. Baroque takes elegance and class to another level and is a beacon of style and sophistication.

SINTILLATE hosts Baroque every Friday night from 10pm. Tables are available to book on a minimum spend basis and entry is €10 on the guestlist. Arrive before 11pm and enjoy two complimentary drinks!

It’s really lovely to have assurance from the company arranging the night that we will be looked after, even after we have paid the money - Charlotte
