Welcome to SINTILLATE’s brand-new Bottomless Brunch at 45 Curtain Road, hosted inside a striking Japanese chophouse with bold Mediterranean influences — the perfect setting for a brunch that blends style, flavour and high-energy celebration.

Your afternoon or evening begins with sharing starters served to the table, followed by your choice of standout mains: Chicken Katsu, Cheese Burger, Salmon Fillet, Cauliflower Steak or Sirloin Steak — each dish reflecting the venue’s vibrant fusion of culinary influences.

Sip, savour and celebrate with 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, Margaritas or Beer, or elevate your experience with a £10 upgrade to Pornstar Martinis or Lychee Martinis or a £15 upgrade to Laurent-Perrier Champagne for the ultimate luxury touch.
