Our longest-running Bottomless Party Brunch takes over Brix every Saturday in London Bridge, moments from Borough Market, Tate Modern and both London Bridge and Southwark stations. Choose from the daytime Bottomless Party Brunch from 4pm–7pm or continue into the evening with our Night Brunch from 7.30pm, combining a 2 course menu and 90 minutes of bottomless drinks with DJs, live musicians and a full-on party atmosphere. Ideal for birthdays, hen parties, celebrations and group bookings, prices start from £65 per person.

Hidden inside the historic Metal Box Factory, Brix is a New York-inspired bar and restaurant with an industrial, warehouse-style setting that has become home to one of our most established Saturday parties.

The menu draws on the bold flavours of New York’s steak and smokehouse scene, with two courses featuring favourites such as Sweet Corn Fritters with jalapeño mayo, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Char-grilled Seabass and the legendary Brix Burger, alongside the option to upgrade to Bavette Steak.

For 90 minutes, choose from Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, Sangria and Brix House Lager, or upgrade to Pornstar Martinis and Brix Rum Punch for an additional £10 per person.

From the moment you arrive, the energy builds. Expect huge singalongs, dancing between courses, hands-in-the-air moments and the famous stand-on-the-chair atmosphere as our DJs and live musicians take over the room.

And when the daytime brunch finishes, the party doesn’t have to. The lights come down, the volume goes up and Brix moves seamlessly into the evening, with the Night Brunch and late-night atmosphere keeping the celebrations going.

Without these fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the fees are customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event and travel experience.
