As our longest running and most iconic Bottomless Party Brunch, BRIX has been setting the standard for unforgettable Saturdays for over four years.

Hidden inside the historic Metal Box Factory, just moments from London Bridge, Borough Market and Tate Modern, this New York inspired venue transforms every weekend into a high-energy brunch party where incredible food, flowing drinks and an electric nightclub atmosphere come together.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed by our friendly hosts and attentive team before stepping into a buzzing dining room filled with live DJs, musicians and an unbeatable party atmosphere. Expect huge singalongs, dancing between courses, standing-on-the-chair moments, hands in the air and a packed dancefloor as the music builds throughout the afternoon. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, hen party or simply making the most of your weekend, BRIX delivers the kind of Saturday everyone talks about long after it's over.

Your experience includes two delicious courses from BRIX's much-loved menu, featuring favourites such as Sweet Corn Fritters with jalapeño mayo, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Char-grilled Seabass and the legendary BRIX Burger, with the option to upgrade to a perfectly cooked Bavette Steak. Additional sides and desserts are also available.

Enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, Sangria and BRIX House Lager, or upgrade to Pornstar Martinis and BRIX Rum Punch cocktails for just £10 per person.

When the brunch comes to an end, the party is only just getting started. Stay on as the DJs turn up the volume, the lights come down and BRIX transforms into a full-on daytime club, keeping the celebrations going long into the evening.

Fees are added to each Sintillate ticket, deposit or package that is paid. They cover the costs involved in providing our service. Without these fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the fees are customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event and travel experience.
